Kensington Trace HOA is primarily governed by two foundational documents:

• Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements

• By-Laws

The Declaration and By-Laws always apply. Under the terms of those documents, the Board has adopted the following rules and regulations:

• Architectural Regulations
